Manufacturing redesign (food corporation, 4 countries involved). PMO role. New plant, plant expansion and shut down of 2 plants. New operating model, planning, financials, change management and selling of replaced equipment that was out of scope, representing a booked value of approximately 20 million USD.
Optimization of ash transportation logistics. Millions of dollars saved and environmental impact reduced by reworking an ash transportation contract. A study was performed to optimize the different variables, included contacting the relevant transportation authorities, resulting in a requirements’ change (determined by linear programming), optimizing frequencies and number of trips.
